Why can I not use the same email to bid on and post a project?
At this moment in time you will have to create 2 separate accounts one for posting projects and one for bidding on projects.
(PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO USE DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESSES)
This functionality enables you to keep a track on projects you have current bids on and projects / services you want as a business easier and will hopefully keep the process efficient.
(Stage two of the website will incorporate both functions but will also allow further discretional features)
How much does it cost to use BizSnipe?
BizSnipe is FREE to join and post projects.
After posting a project you will receive bids from businesses and freelance professionals on a local and national basis. You simply award the projects as you feel fit.
An introductory fee of 5% is charged to the business who has been awarded the project. (There is a minimum of £3 per transaction)
Who uses BizSnipe?
Buyers - Individuals or businesses seeking professionals to provide a service or product.
Providers - Professionals or businesses offering their services / products by tendering for the buyers project / projects.
Why should I post projects on BizSnipe?
The more businesses and different sectors that join for FREE and post jobs, means the more chance you have of winning projects.
How is my personal information kept safe?
As a policy BizSnipe does not disclose any personally identifiable information to third parties except when requested by you or legally required. For details, please refer to our privacy policy.
How do you pay for the product or service?
Once a project has been awarded by you, the BizSnipe team will email confirmation to the successful business.
At this point the successful business will contact you via the email provided to discuss the project further and finalise any relevant payment information directly.
How does BizSnipe get paid?
Providers who have been awarded a project will be invoiced the 5% introductory fee by BizSnipe 14 days after the project has been successfully awarded.
(There is a minimum of £3 per transaction)
Initially BizSnipe payments will be processed by Cheque / PayPal etc...
What happens if I don’t pay the BizSnipe invoice?
We are here to help businesses in the current economic climate and are looking to develop the BizSnipe trading platform further for the benefit of everyone.
We can only do this if invoices are paid.
We are reasonable BUT if invoices are not paid and no contact is made with the BizSnipe team your user account will be put on hold until the invoice is paid. This in turn will potentially mean you miss out on other business projects that could have been awarded to you.
How do I know I have been awarded a project?
Once a project has been awarded to your business, the BizSnipe team will email you confirmation.
At this point you will have to contact the business via the email provided in the confirmation email so as to discuss the project further and finalise any relevant payment information directly.
What happens if you are not successfully awarded a particular project?
Unfortunately at the moment if a project has been awarded you will not receive an email informing you that you were not successful.
This is one of the first things that will be upgraded in version two of the website.
Please keep logging into your account and check the status of your bids. If the project has been awarded and is no longer available, you know that you were not successful.
How do I post a project?
You simply login and click post a project and then fill in all the relevant information and sit back and wait for people to bid for you project.
How do I get the best out of posting projects?
When posting a project you MUST type in the relevant sector in the PROJECT TITLE before adding more detail so that your projects will be found easily when searched for by potential providers.
Title Example = IT - …… (This can be any category relevant to the particular project)
IT – Need a new server
PRINTING – Need 500 new business card
FURNITURE – Need 3 new desks and chairs
TRAINING – Sales training required for 6 staff
